Ruined memories

Hi all... Please be aware of this photography company. They offer you photo packages... take your money and do not give you what was paid for. I have had the unfortunate run in with these people who offered me a wedding photography package which includes photo books and canvas but 8 months later they are still offering me all sorts of excuses from having accidents to power outages to having a bust knee cap to printers ruining the books and their customer service is terrible. The owner or administrator does not even contact you to let you know that there are delays. Trust me people do not let your special memories be ruined because of incompetence
