Upset customer
I am extremely disappointed with this photography. my family booked these guys last year August 2019 for a family photoshoot, which we found on daddys deal, the price on daddys deal was R 199 when we contacted them they gave a story that apparently that deal is sold out for the date we set for our photoshoot and that they don't do that deal on weekends which also did not say on the AD, so they gave us a different price of R299. However on the daddy deal site it not say that it was sold out. Further, we paid them a week in advance via eft, on their ad they had a location chosen by us, when we were arranging the location they told us that they will choose the location according to their own "convenience" and we are from chatsworth they told us to come to Umhlanga so we spent more money to drive from Chatsworth to Umhlanga for the photoshoot which in between our photoshoot he was doing another photoshoot with other people. After numerous attempts in contacting them to get our photos we still have not received our PHOTOS which we paid for in advance. we are still trying to contact them and they changed their numbers and don't take our calls neither do they respond to our messages.

Upset customer

THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A TITLE
MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU AND THEY SURELY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THEY CANT EVEN REMEMBER WHAT PACKAGE WAS OFFERED TO ME. ALL THEY ARE FULL OF IS EXCUSES AND LIES. I REALLY HOPE PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE MONEY, TIME AND PRECIOUS MEMORIES WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SO CALLED A PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY. WORDS CANT EMPHASISE WHAT AN UNETHICAL COMPANY THEY ARE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY
Wow I don't even know where to start, WHAT LOUSY SERVICE. I booked a maternity shoot with them and they got the photoshoot day wrong so we had to go to a location we did not request. They advised pictures would be ready in four weeks following the shoot fastforward four months later I'm still waiting. The owner advised that her driver delivered the images to the address I supplied however I never received it, I then I asked for the vehicle details in order to check with our security if the vehicle ever came on the premises that was in October I'm still waiting for her to send the information just like how I'm waiting for the picture. I even told her she can send the pictures via WhatsApp she just ignores messages. People like this don't deserve the public support.

Ruined memories
Hi all... Please be aware of this photography company. They offer you photo packages... take your money and do not give you what was paid for. I have had the unfortunate run in with these people who offered me a wedding photography package which includes photo books and canvas but 8 months later they are still offering me all sorts of excuses from having accidents to power outages to having a bust knee cap to printers ruining the books and their customer service is terrible. The owner or administrator does not even contact you to let you know that there are delays. Trust me people do not let your special memories be ruined because of incompetence

Extremely poor customer service
Unbelievable “service”. They were unable to reply to my email requesting for a booking. After speaking with the owner, she “instructed” me to send an email. As per her own words. Extremely rude with no regard for customer service. Owner said that they are not obligated to offer a service. My first experience with such a low level business which has no regard for a customer.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the worst service ever. had a photoshoot on the 8th of may. waiting close to 6weeks for the pics only to receive such bad quality images. I could of done a better job with my iphone. Owner gave me stories when it came to the delivery of disc.. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
