Upset customer

I am extremely disappointed with this photography. my family booked these guys last year August 2019 for a family photoshoot, which we found on daddys deal, the price on daddys deal was R 199 when we contacted them they gave a story that apparently that deal is sold out for the date we set for our photoshoot and that they don't do that deal on weekends which also did not say on the AD, so they gave us a different price of R299. However on the daddy deal site it not say that it was sold out. Further, we paid them a week in advance via eft, on their ad they had a location chosen by us, when we were arranging the location they told us that they will choose the location according to their own "convenience" and we are from chatsworth they told us to come to Umhlanga so we spent more money to drive from Chatsworth to Umhlanga for the photoshoot which in between our photoshoot he was doing another photoshoot with other people. After numerous attempts in contacting them to get our photos we still have not received our PHOTOS which we paid for in advance. we are still trying to contact them and they changed their numbers and don't take our calls neither do they respond to our messages.
