Extremely poor customer service

Unbelievable “service”. They were unable to reply to my email requesting for a booking. After speaking with the owner, she “instructed” me to send an email. As per her own words. Extremely rude with no regard for customer service. Owner said that they are not obligated to offer a service. My first experience with such a low level business which has no regard for a customer.
