Amazing service from Anita at King Price
Its such a shame that we live in a country where you have to constantly look over your shoulder, with that being said.. Im so grateful to Anita at King Price during a time of uncer*****y she was the constant and dependable, she gave me peace of mind and kept me updated throughout the process, which i am really thankful for. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY
Wow I don't even know where to start, WHAT LOUSY SERVICE. I booked a maternity shoot with them and they got the photoshoot day wrong so we had to go to a location we did not request. They advised pictures would be ready in four weeks following the shoot fastforward four months later I'm still waiting. The owner advised that her driver delivered the images to the address I supplied however I never received it, I then I asked for the vehicle details in order to check with our security if the vehicle ever came on the premises that was in October I'm still waiting for her to send the information just like how I'm waiting for the picture. I even told her she can send the pictures via WhatsApp she just ignores messages. People like this don't deserve the public support.
