i have been renting the flat since june 2014, ive been been complaining about water leakes tellephonically nothing was done, i recieved high water bills to pay because of the leakages and responded to them via email but nothing was done. until i hired someone to come and fix the water by my self, last week monday i recieved a letter saying i must vacate the flat for not paying the water bills by the end of september 2019, while they water has damaged alot of my pots and food but still the agency did nothing about it, would you please assist me with that.
