I was waiting for a script to be filled at the Dischem pharmacy and asked the pharmacist on duty (Nicole) if she knew what the problem could be, and she answered me so rudely that the 2 customers behind me commented on it. She then told them that she is busy with a script, I take it online as there was no customer in front of her. I was so upset that when the assistant returned and there was a problem with the script I rather left. I can't understand why it is necessary to be so rude when a customer asksyou something that is supposedly your job.
I cannot book a week flight for November, WHY NOT, only Weekend flights. I have a voucher but cannot use it, after a number of mails and calls to a call centre still giving lockdown 3 rules, is not answering these concerns!
We bought a dinning room table and 10 chairs from this company in Kramerville. The set was send down to our place in Plettenberg bay, the chairs were used for 3 weeks when one broke. This was in April 2019. We phoned and send emails to the Kramerville branch and at last in July it was send back to their Durban branch. We received our chairs back today, still not fixed and NOW badly damaged. We send it back with the driver and send photos of the problem to the Durban branch. Their staff in Kamerville now contacted us, but the lady found it very amusing that we are not happy. This is not service, we are being referred from one branch to the other, I am dealing with HOMEWOOD and where they want to resolve it is their decision. This is now becoming ridiculous to get 2 chairs sorted!!!
