I have a company that makes use of couriers all the time. My daughter bought a full set of Winter clothes after arriving from living in Hong Kong for lockdown. The order was with "Cotton On" and was done online on 5 May 2020. She has no warm clothing whatsoever. Dawn Wing have physically confirmed on 6 different occasions that the delivery will take place "either that day or the following day" between 12 May and now up to 1 June. She has still not received her order. We have escalated this on numerous occasions but with absolutely no positive result. I urge anyone reading this to consider very seriously if they ever want to use Dawn Wing as their courier. I will never use them for my business - can you imagine the damage it can do to a business' reputation when everyone is delivering within 3 to 4 days and Dawn Wing cannot do a simple JHB delivery in a month??
What a terrible experience. Ordered winter clothing on May 6th. I have been lied to so many times about delivery dates. Dawn Wing are the couriers and they are just as bad. But the problem is that i cannot get to speak to anyone at Cotton on. They just don't care. I think they expect to only offer bad service and this is why there are no contact numbers to get hold of someone to complain to. Please people, DON'T ORDER ONLINE. THE STATISTICS SHOW AN AVERAGE OF A 1.4 RATING??
I have repeatedly had shocking service from York Timbers depot in Germiston. Calls to their reception not answered, requests for their sales force to call back not received, left messages are not responded to. Then I go to their website and find how archaic it is....when one goes to "Contact Us", it takes you to gmail to send an email. Really?? In this day and age?
