I have been experiencing network connection for the past week in my house. I have logged a call and was told a call has been logged with network department. When l follow up l am told it is in progress. I am frustrated because when l am in my house l cant make calls, l cant receive calls because the network is on and off, mostly showing emergency calls only. The worst part is that l have a data contract with vodacom that only expire next year and if l have to cancel it l have to pat money which is rediculous because the reason for wanting to cancel is because of the poor service am getting from vodacom. I am tired of calling vodacom everyday, getting a different person and explaining and repeating same story to them, its sickening coz am not getting help, yet come month end they will not stop deductingbmy money.
This Marius guy is a lier, he is operating his business based on lies. he makes empty promises. he does not stick to his promises. he promised me heaven and earth and told me 8 to 10 days lead time. i paid deposit and its been over a month. everytime i have to call him he tells me different stories. when i asked him to refund my money he doesnt want to. very dissapointed on his service.
