For a bank that brags about being technologically sound and one of the best banks ever they have a really ****py way of dealing with clients . I hold a business account with them and a customer places an order . The customer pays . The next day (a whole 24 hrs later) I try to pay the supplier and my business account is blocked .Ok this is weird so I call the call centre and am told that the client that payed got cold feet and told the bank it is a scam . I tell the investigator well that is retarded since she neither contacted us nor followed up but please note the following 1. After she payed no attempt was made to withdraw or use the funds 2. Here is all email correspondence between myself and the customer and she never asked for a refund . 3. Please refund her and reopen my account .This was more than a week ago and now FNB ignores all my emails , gives no progress reports .The investigator dealing with this is Pearl Morokane of FNB a so called Fraud analyst . Horrible service .
