Pathetic service from RAm
Waiting 3 days now for delivery of package. Each day I receive a message your parcel is out for delivery only to be disappointed at the end of the day with no delivery completed. Worst of all their is located less than 8km away from where I work so it baffles me how they cannot complete the delivery seeing that just four months ago they delivered a parcel to this location and they regulary come and deliver here, now all of a sudden they cant find the address

When will they get their act together
Delays Again Why use Getbucks..Get your bucks fast. this should be removed from the website. A week after approval and there is still delays, customer service says they have delays with payouts and have to do manual payments this has been going on for so long one would think in the interest of keeping their customers happy they would have sorted out their issues months ago.

Delays in pay outs
Horrible 1st experience. 1st the online document submission and verification not working like it's supposed to. Documents submitted not visible when you log back in had to resubmit numerous times 2nd The application goes missing over night 3rd Once approved it takes days for pay outs. The selling point is quick and painless online application and quick payouts. Queries online leads to what now seems to be automated responses. It's an systems problem which we are attending to. We will contact finance to get an indication of when it will be done. Please be patient. When loans are made for emergencies patients is not one of the things the clients have much off
