Exceptional Service
I recently ordered from Signal Boosters South Africa and was incredibly impressed. The service was top-notch, and my order arrived much faster than I expected. It is refreshing to deal with a company that values efficiency. Highly recommended!

Worst service provider of 2019
I shouldn't even be able to give axxess a star nor rate their service because there was none. On the 31st of August 2019 I placed a cancellation within their 1 calendar month notice period. Then the reply I got. Was that the service change was supposed to be done on the 29th of August. I would have accepted this if there was any notice sent to me or proof of this communication sent out. On the control panel there is a email archive of "all historical notices in one place" nor is the email notice in there or in my mailbox. Axxess have come back and said the mail has defnitely been sent but can't prove it to me. Its taken 11 days for them to conclude this with no resolution moving forward. I've received better service at SARs with their pc's offline. I truly hope that this gets read and you revise your decision on using Axxess as a service provider.
