This business does not value its clients. The lady is rude and arrogant. How she speaks to customer... She send the wrong orders. I have returned the current order with a request of refund.... It's almost 2weeks waiting for my refund while they have took their wrong order. It is bad!
Poor poor service delivery. It's over a month since I bought the items through an online with the company with an agreement to be deliver on the 22 November 2024. Today I have not received the items. During follow-up, it was mentioned that it will be delivered for an extra payment. After a follow -up with an indication that I have already made payment, the service provider whereby they have never came with feedback thus far. Not sure if this is a **** or what?
Had a 24months cell phone contract deal with Cell C. The deal was for the device, data and minutes. After 24 months, they continued to provide me with the same data and minutes which I was expecting to be charged for the data and minutes only. To my Suprise, I was charged the same instalment amount which was inclusive of the device. I disputed the amount as per my expectation to be charge only data and minutes because I was using them not the device because it was already paid up. Their response to me was, I did not cancel the contract hence they continued charging me. Cell C has handed me over to the debt collectors who threatens to blacklist me.
The service provider delivered the wrong order after payment. The notification was done about the wrong order, however they are not advising on the next step because I need send the order as the order and them to collect the wrong one
I made an enquiry to the service provide about the interested items whereby I purchased a three-quarter dual function bed with its convector and the mattress of the bed. I also paid for delivery as per an indication of the where I am residing. They further that the turnaround time for the delivery is 2-3 week which they gave me 22 Nov 2024. I make a deposit cash of R7050.00 with a trust to wait and receive the items. 3 days prior the delivery date, the service provider told me they cannot deliver because there are no deliveries of the side I am residing which it was not how it was committed initially. I indicated my disappointment through their chat channel which they said that I need to pay R 1200.00 for the delivery to be done. I indicated that I have already paid R800 whereby I will pay the difference of R 400. I have never got a response from the service provider till to date. I tried to do follow-up last week and this week.
I have reported my gyser on the 26 June 2020, util to date it has not been fixed. I did the follow up with the appointed service provider on the 30 June, he told me he submitted the report to my insurance. When I called the insurance they told me they are awaiting the information from the plumber. I called the plumber again on the 6 July, he told me it is the insurance. Honestly, this is not the treatment I have expected when I opted the insurance. My expection was to be assisted in the time of need. I am not sure if it is what I am paying for? This is my first claim since I took the insurance from 2016. I am not happy at all.

Another excuse not to replace the device. Thanks Peter for your tool, This crockes need to be exposed. Somehow my claim was approved with a condition today. The condition is to pay R 1561.05,i wonder where do they think I will get it. I remember very well saying to the person who convinced me that I will not have the excess because I am paying the insurance upfront to assist in cases like these. Hence I am saying it is another way of not replacing the deceive. Peter pls help.
Hollard insurance is trying to get an excuse not to replace my stolen phone. I have a cellphone contact with Cell cell, whereby hollard company is the one administering the the insurance claims. Today when I did the followup earlier on, lady said to me, I still have to wait for the turnaround time whereby it will take 14 days. I asked when did the counting of thr turn around strated because I submitted all the required information on 30 Aug. She said it has started the 02 Sep, whereby today was the 07th day, still have to wait another 7days again...... Why do not know. Do not know how long I will still be sitting without a phone. Worst of all, I have been loyal with payments
