Worst Aircon Service

I should be awarding a negative star. The service received from Absolute Chilled was horrendous. We booked a call out for an aircon unit that was not working properly. This was a year ago, we have paid for 3 x call outs with a range of other parts that has been replaced and the aircon STILL has the same problem as a year ago. Technicians attend site leave with the promise to provide feedback, next thing you know you get an invoice. Your problem has not been resolved and you are expected to pay. NOBODY provides any feedback, they promise to it, but do not deliver on their promises. Rather make use of another supplier for your aircon needs
