Great experience with the installation of Aircons
If you are looking for installations of new Aircons, then look no further… these guys know what they are doing from the initial site visit to installation. Riwan handled the interaction well and was very responsive to my questions throughout the process. The guys that came to do the actual installation made me so comfortable because I was nervous about drilling through the walls. Seems these are are brilliant with new installations but judging by the other comments on this forum about the after-service, it seems there’s some work to be done there… but I’m happy with the installations.

Bad customer service: Abdolute Chilled
Worst service ever. Broke my aircon whilst servicing it in January 2023. Still struggling to get them to replace the broken part. Manager informed me he needs to remove the part to find replacement. Obviously I cannot agree to that. With their turnaround time on complaints I will never see the part again.

Amazing Service!
I am impressed by the service I received/am receiving from this company. They installed two air conditioning units in my house a few years ago, Excellent prices and the installation was done professionally and neatly. The usual annual major service on both units were performed today. As always I am very satisfied with both the price and the quality of service. Not only was the prescribed maintenance service done, but extreme effort was expended to also restore the aesthetics of the units, they look in showroom condition! Thanks Brandon and Moses, much appreciated!

Worst Aircon Service
I should be awarding a negative star. The service received from Absolute Chilled was horrendous. We booked a call out for an aircon unit that was not working properly. This was a year ago, we have paid for 3 x call outs with a range of other parts that has been replaced and the aircon STILL has the same problem as a year ago. Technicians attend site leave with the promise to provide feedback, next thing you know you get an invoice. Your problem has not been resolved and you are expected to pay. NOBODY provides any feedback, they promise to it, but do not deliver on their promises. Rather make use of another supplier for your aircon needs

Absolutely useless - stay away like they do!
Absolutely Chilled has massive billboards and a great website and who best to call when marketing is done so well - except for one thing - if the job isn't big enough, they are simply not going to pitch up! My aircon is not working and since they offer 'service and repairs' to all makes of airconditioning systems, I called them to come service/repair my aircon. Well, it's nearly two weeks later and I still havent heard from them. I call on all prospective customers to rather use a company that you can rely on and one that doesn't waste your time by not even letting you know if they've decided not to take the job.
