I never get feedback on my online queries
bought a washing machine last week it's not working. I've phoned 3 times , every time they promise to come back to me , no one has
ABSA Centurion Lifestyle centrum, terrible service, only 2 counters open, people standing in ques for hours. My parents 84 yrs and 78 yrs old) had to wait for 2 and half hours before being helped !
I used the Woolworths online shop for groceries, my order was delayed by almost 24hours. I asked for an explanation and to date haven't received one. This is not what I expect from Woolworths. But I have to say the lady at the call centre was extremely helpful, butthe manager promised to phone me , it never happened

I forgot my Kindle on a recent flight to Dubai, within 48 hours after reporting it , it had been returned to my nearest airport ! Thank you for such excellent service. Emirates is definitely my preferred airline, I've only had really good service from them
No refund . Numerous emails. They say issue been resolved which is not true
Really frustrated. Cancelled one of my contracts, still being billed for it in spite of numerous phone calls and literally hours spent on explaining my story over and over.
