Very impressed with the customer service received from this company! From placing an online order until delivery of the bed base, I received excellent and friendly communication on the status of my order. Delivery was prompt, earlier than expected. Most appreciated was the extra mile that I walk for their customers! Through no fault of theirs, the wrong size was delivered (my fault!). The very friendly delivery guys noticed it when they unpacked the base and fitted the mattress. They called the office, who immediately approved that they return for the correct size base and swap it out. They were back within an hour and exchanged the base, still very friendly and with no issues. Thanks to everybody at Ericssons Mattress and Pine – Centurion for such excellent service, much appreciated!
Uitstekende diens!! Nie net was die eisprosedure vir weerligskade maklik en gerieflik nie (sien vorige resensie), maar ook die afhandeling van die eis. Lynette Veldtsman, die konsultant wat my eis hanteer het, was bedagsaam en behulpsaam. Ek was deurgaans deur haar op hoogte gehou oor die vordering met my eis; uitstekende kommunikasie en deeglike terugvoer. Baie dankie vir die positiewe ervaring!
Om 'n versekeringseis in te dien, impliseer skade wat gely is en dus 'n voorafgaande negatiewe ervaring. Tog word die onaangename ervaring so baie versag indien mens deel met die vriendelike, hulpvaardige en bekwame agente van Virseker!! Vandag was ek bevoorreg dat Yolandi my eis hanteer het. Sy was professioneel, maar ook so vriendelik en geduldig. Goed vir die gemoed en bou beslis lojaliteit vir haar maatskappy! Dankie Yolandi, jy is 'n Ster!
Baie beïndruk met Virseker se kliënte diens! Altyd 'n baie aangename ervaring om met hulle te deel, hetsy dit eise, polis wysigings of premie onderhandelings is. Spesiale vermelding aan Etitia met wie ek vandag gedeel het!! Positiewe ervaring om met so 'n kundige, professionele, behulpsame en vriendelike konsultant gesprek te kon voer! Ook net so positiewe ervaring gehad met die ander konsultant wat my poliswysiging vandag hanteer het, ongelukkig het ek die persoon se naam gemis (dalk Quinton?). Baie dankie aan die onderskeie individue en ook aan Virseker vir vriendelike diens, vinnige hantering/oplossing van probleme en boonop billike premies!
I do not know if I am just extremely fortunate, but my experience with Takealot is extremely positive and I am surprised by all the negative reviews. In my personal experience the quality of service from Takealot had improved significantly over the last few months. In January I placed 4 separate orders containing several items each. All these orders were ready for collection at the pick-up point much earlier than promised/anticipated. The friendly and efficient service at the Hennopspark pick-up point is also sincerely appreciated!
I am impressed by the service I received/am receiving from this company. They installed two air conditioning units in my house a few years ago, Excellent prices and the installation was done professionally and neatly. The usual annual major service on both units were performed today. As always I am very satisfied with both the price and the quality of service. Not only was the prescribed maintenance service done, but extreme effort was expended to also restore the aesthetics of the units, they look in showroom condition! Thanks Brandon and Moses, much appreciated!
My first time to order from Geewiz was an extremely positive experience. Ordered WiFi equipment yesterday; order was accepted at 17:08 and at 17:18 (10 minutes later!) I received an email confirming that the items had been dispatched. Received it this morning! Kudos for such brilliant service, will recommend you guys to all my friends!
RAM was supposed to deliver a package to me in Centurion today (11 October). I noted on their online tracking facility that the package was out at 12:01 for delivery at my home address. I subsequently cancelled all my commitments for the afternoon to be available for the delivery. My wait was in vain.. I would accept that the driver could possibly not fulfil his schedule due to some unexpected delays, despite the inconvenience that caused to me. However, the excuse offered (as logged on the tracking system) is “UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pretoria - Documents Missing - Original ID Book”. This statement is a blatant lie, as I never even received a visit from the responsible driver. I also believe that presentation of an ID is not even required for this specific package! At the same time I would like to commend the lady (unfortunately I did not catch her name) who called me even before I noticed this comment/excuse on online tracking. She was friendly and professional and enquired about the non-delivery of my package due to the reason given. She also tried to contact the driver (while I was holding on), but to no avail. In conclusion; as the package is not that urgent, I was prepared to accept postponement of delivery to Monday, but the false reason given for non-delivery is totally unacceptable and fraudulent.
I can unreservedly recommend Universal Roofing based on the positive experience I had with them (waterproofing, ceiling repair/maintenance and gutters). From the initial quote up to final delivery, I enjoyed friendly and positive attitudes all the way from the branch manager (Barry) to accounts (Anco) to the team leaders (Donovan/Stephan), as well as from the artisans on site. Communication throughout was exemplary. I experienced very fair pricing, prompt service, professional workmanship and attention to detail. This company really walks the extra mile for their customers. I will not hesitate to recommend Universal Roofing for any roof related tasks, it is a sheer pleasure to deal with these people!
On Saturday 24 October I experienced difficulties trying to buy a once-off data bundle online via the MyVodacom website. I submitted a complaint to this effect via email late Saturday. I received a call in response within a few minutes of sending the email, completing the transaction over the phone. It was also promised that the root problem will be escalated. I subsequently missed two calls from Vodacom service on Sunday, who eventually got hold of me today The problem was explained as a software problem experienced over the past weeks, apology was offered and the required once-off bundle was loaded onto my account at no cost to me. I also used this opportunity to raise a different problem that I was experiencing with my Vodamail account. Details were noted, I was requested to email certain info. The response to the submitted info was also immediate (and NOT an automated response!). I do realise that technical problems arise from time-to-time
