Worst service ever. Broke my aircon whilst servicing it in January 2023. Still struggling to get them to replace the broken part. Manager informed me he needs to remove the part to find replacement. Obviously I cannot agree to that. With their turnaround time on complaints I will never see the part again.
Home alarm triggered on 15.2.2023. Computer Alarms informed us telephonically of the event. As we were not at home they were requested to investigate. There was no indication that they indeed visited my home, thus I enquired with the control room on who was sent out. 1st they indicated that because of load shedding, they did not leave the usual slip confirming they were there. This did not make sense, thus they were asked to tell me when the security services visited my home as I could not pick it up it on my security cameras. Several enquiries and lots of untruths / excuses later, I received a call this morning that they visited the wrong address. So much for honesty and service delivery.
Would not recommend booking through this agency. Accommodation were sub-standard, leaking shower, ceiling fan not working, and bedding that should have been replaced ages ago- Unit booked: Chaka Sands nr 10. We were further exposed to noise pollution for the whole week that we were there. We complaint a number of times to Ballito Accommodation that the noise from The Villas are unbearable, worst is my grand daughter of 1 year were exposed to this. The occupants of Villa nr 4 partied till the early hours of the morning, making sleep impossible. To make matters worse Ballito Accommodation did not warn us of the high levels of E.Coli in the water. My grand daughter ended up in hospital where tests confirmed that she were exposed to E.Coli. That after she was only on the beach twice during our stay due to bad weather.
Never book close to this establishment. The unit is usually occupied by young inconsiderate people. They are extremely loud and party till the early morning hours, which makes it impossible to sleep. We needed a break after a difficult year, and thought we could relax and rest with the sound of the ocean, but Villa nr 3's occupants make that impossible. Havent slept for 4 nights due to their partying.
A big thank you to Kim Hall @ Dischem Kolonnade. Recently bought a new wheelchair for my mom @ Dischem Kolonnade. At home we realized that 1 of the side belts of the wheelchair was missing. My husband contacted Dischem reporting the problem. As they only had 1 of the wheelchairs we wanted in stock, returning it was not an option. After hearing about the problem, the manager Kim Hall phoned us back and indicated that she will contact the supplier and arrange the delivery of the missing part at our home. We were subsequently put in contact with Shernice @ Well-Care Medical, who arranged for the missing part to be delivered to our doorstep. During the whole process Kim made regular follow-ups until we finally confirmed successful delivery of the missing part. Thus a very big thank you to both these ladies. Our expectations were exceeded.
Netstar was installed in my vehicle on 30.6.2022 by Vodafit Wonderboom. After 2 weeks and numerous calls to Netstar and Vodafit Wonderboom the tracking device is still not working. Pathetic service. Worst customer care centre ever, promise to resolve the problem and phone back- this never happens. We paid for the installation including a 3 year contract but cannot get Netstar to activate the device to enable me to track my vehicle on the App. How they would actually track and recover a stolen vehicle is beyond me.
