Excellent service for a very small claim. It doesn’t matter how big or small we have received good service from Outsurance.

I have order twice from Malibu Leather and have received excellent service from them. The products are first class and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Online shopping
We placed an order with Jonsson Workwear via their online service on 9 June, having received no tracking number we email them on 13 June to be told that the order takes 3-5 working days. I phoned this morning to find out that the order still have not been processed. I spoke to a very pleasant lady who has assured me that this matter will be sorted out and we will receive the items within 3-5 days. By this stage it will may be too late for the items to be used for what we ordered them for, and we ordered in good time! Jonsson Workwear you need to sort your online department out.

Nespresso Special Offer not so special
Please don't be taken in by Nespresso special offers, Buy 20 sleeves of coffee and get at gift, my daughter bought 25 sleeves and when querying why she didn't get the gift was told it didn't apply to this sleeve and the next sleeve. False advertising. I was going to purchase online but now not so sure.
