<div>I bought a Ford Transit 2 years ago, I was contacted by the owner of ford and VW Knysna I spoke to him today he said he is holding back transfer of my vehicle I have paid for this vehicle in full Over half a million rand. He is also not honoring the agreements made by his DP and his salespeople, that they made on his behalf, Piet kept their word and honored what they negotiated. And now that they are not with him anymore he is not honoring their commitments. I have all communications on whats-app with salespersons and DP. Paid all monies in good faith upfront.</div>
Bought a Ford Transit 2 years ago Gideon the owner of this ford a VW refuses to give me a transfer after I have paid in full Over half a million rand. He also committed to transferring the vehicle to me and then didn't honor this commitment. He is also not honoring the agreements made by his DP and his salespeople, as they kept their word and honored what they negotiated.
Warning Warning Warning Care of Paul Butchi, Andre Vester Be careful how they attach your monies and manipulate there accounting and rules ??? And the Manager Paul Joyce whos decision is to not refund me for a product that i did not have or could have received, as the line has never worked for many years from the time of complaint until today. It was 'Monique Mackaku' that then told me they tested our line to the machine this week and that they were able to ping the line, this would be an impossibility as there has not been a fiber unit on it since it broke down? We have been a customer to cool ideas for many years We have Quite a few accounts with them 2 years back we had a problem with one of our line We sent issue and asked them to fix the line They were having issues with there provider Vumatel And Vumatel had issues fixing that line set up? We then asked at the time if they are not supplying us with the service for that week then they cant charge us? This was refused, and they promised to get the line-up and working, they were not being successful at this either So we arranged that they connect to our property next door on the corner that was linked to a different fiber line. And they should cancel the original line? They agreed to this verbally and after about 3 weeks they managed to get a new line working. At this time they then manipulated there accounting system to now have 3 accounts all separate and then in one of them, they consolidated all 3 lines and carried on charging for the One that was supposed to be canceled. I should have noticed that the one account was extremely expensive, but due to these lines being arranged by my management, I entrusted that we where being charged for what we requested. I then got in a new bookkeeper who brought to my attention that there were two many accounts being charged for and asked why they were all not on one statement. This was first found through our bank accounts, and then I had to get data from Cool ideas to find these statements, using there debit order numbers? As seen below? They said we didn't follow cancellation processes and that it was all recorded, we then gave them all communication numbers. As my Techy at the time followed all instructions as was given to him from Cool Ideas service providers. They personally called me a few times to establish what they were intending on doing by swopping lines? They then said they would no pay because they couldn't find the numbers to prove what happened over this period. They then changed this to say they could not find these recorded calls and we would now be responsible? And they were attachinh thousands and thousands of rands?
