They deliberately broke my 65” TV clearly smashed and mishandled. No accountability or communication from them. Despite the parcel being well covered, properly packaged, and adequately protected, the television arrived broken beyond use. A TV does not simply break under normal handling circumstances. The only logical conclusion is that it was mishandled and not treated with the care required for a fragile item and that shows on the side. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that customers are required to sign an indemnity form, which seems to remove accountability from the courier company. This creates the impression that couriers can handle parcels carelessly, knowing that the responsibility for damage will not be taken seriously. This practice is unfair and deeply concerning, especially when dealing with high-value, fragile items.
They are disgusting ****mers. They double deducted the agreed money without paying for any debt. For years now, they have been withholding name and refuse cancellation. POOR service and never available telephonically.
I cancelled my booking from the owner Lissa of the somerset la grace guesthouse in cape town after i paid R1620 deposit amount and bcz they do not have cooking facilities i had to cancell... the cancellation for the booking was free i cancelled early, ts been more than 2 months now the owner of the guest house don't want to pay me, she is saying i will get my money once people book the guest house again whereas before i paid there was no agreement like that, it was clearly stated "FREE CANCELLATION" and i've been patient with her since june 2019. Please help what can i do?
