DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!
if I could give minus stars I would. I am EXTREMELY disgusted with the service received from them. I had a payment plan in place to to pay off outstanding amounts with Lancet ,which I have kept to monthly and despite this, I was handed over to this debt collections company. I have reached out MULTIPLE times over email to assist and not once have they responded or investigated the issue at hand. I have been hounded for payment like a ******** when I have actually kept to my side of the agreement. Disgusting service to say the least!!!!

If I could give minus stars I would. I am EXTREMELY disgusted with the service received from the accounts department. I had a payment plan in place to to pay off outstanding amounts which I have kept to monthly and despite this, I was handed over to a debt collections company. I have reached out MULTIPLE times over email to contact the accounts department to assist and not once have they responded or investigated the issue at hand. the collection's company has been equally as useless, I have been hounded for payment like a ******** when I have actually kept to my side of the agreement. Disgusting service to say the least!!!! rather use another laboratory if you can!

BEST IN THE BUSINESS!
Breytenbachs have been an absolute god send when it came to applying for my husbands ancestral visa and my dependent visa. We were in the process for just over a year and they were extremely patient, and understanding. a special Thank you to Anneshia from the Durban office who honestly went above and beyond to help us and no question was ever too much for her to answer. You are greatly appreciated and without your help and guidance, we would never be living our wildest dream of immigrating to the UK! Honestly the best in the business!!!!

Lornah Choma - Angel in disguise
Lornah Choma has been an absolute angel. I have emailed and called her tons of times with silly questions and she has always promptly reassured me and answered all questions. Thanks a million! I am really looking forward to having some quality of life back!
