Sustainable Collections Services should be struck off in terms of in terms of the Debt Collectors Act
This collection agency is a disgrace - they send countless threats on behalf of Lancet Laboratories threatening to adversely list my credit rating despite my regular advise to them to get Lancet to charge their fees to Discovery who have paid countless of their fees on my behalf in the past. I am tired of their malicious threats and failure to deal with my request to stop harassing me and get Lancet to charge Discovery with the right codes with which they will be paid

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!
if I could give minus stars I would. I am EXTREMELY disgusted with the service received from them. I had a payment plan in place to to pay off outstanding amounts with Lancet ,which I have kept to monthly and despite this, I was handed over to this debt collections company. I have reached out MULTIPLE times over email to assist and not once have they responded or investigated the issue at hand. I have been hounded for payment like a ******** when I have actually kept to my side of the agreement. Disgusting service to say the least!!!!

VERY bad service
AGAIN i would like to express my utmost disappointment in this company (Sustainable Collection Services). I have sent numerous emails to faxes@scols.co.za (Sandra) asking for my final statement and also to confirm my payments been made etc and they just dont bother getting ack to me. They used to call and have no clue what is going on i their own books. Pathetic company and their staff are even worse. I ant believe there are companies that make use of this useless debt collector company, they should close their doors.

Rude client service
I just had a call from this company regarding an account from Lancet Labs,I have already made arrangements with them to close my account and made the payment already,This lady try to explain to me what account is outstanding and the more i try to tell her that this has been delt with the more she asked me to let her talk. I am VERY upset firstly because she does not listen to what i say and secondly, they do not check their own system BEFORE calling a client. SCOLS should invest in training for their own people instead of wasting client`s time. Absolutely rude and ***********. They better not call me again.

Great Service from Wendy
I want to give a Bid thanks to a lady called Wendy from Sustainable Collection Services. She got me in a not-so-good mood regarding a very annoying matter with Lancet. She maintained professionalism and patience, stuck to her schedule well, was able to get the information she needed, and allowed me to voice my frustration with her client. Handed over incorrectly.... Again
So I got an email from you saying I've been handed over by Lancet again! I have an account from Lancet showing a nil balance from December. You were also copied in the emails stating the account has been paid in full. You also couldn't be bothered to respond to emails
