Thewe ****** took money for lithium batteries and failed to deliver them. They are NOT located at the address pm their invoice and on CIPC which is actually a Regus office – a virtual and physical supplier of office spaces – Building Address Westway Office Park Durban Westville 3629. Their MD is Michael Maritz: ID 851008 who does not live at his listed address in Amanzimtoti - the landlady advises that numerous sheriffs have attempted to lodge legal notices on him but he left three years ago. He need to be locked up in jail and the "business" - a **** - closed down
This collection agency is a disgrace - they send countless threats on behalf of Lancet Laboratories threatening to adversely list my credit rating despite my regular advise to them to get Lancet to charge their fees to Discovery who have paid countless of their fees on my behalf in the past. I am tired of their malicious threats and failure to deal with my request to stop harassing me and get Lancet to charge Discovery with the right codes with which they will be paid
Lancet are a disgrace and use Sustainable Collection Services to harass patients with threats for debts payable by my medical aid. They send countless sms and emails threatening to adversely list my credit rating yes NEVER reply or respond to my advice that Lancet should claim their fees from Discovery, my medical aid company, who have paid them on dozens of other occasions in the past. I can understand why Discovery will not longer pay Lancet's fees in full but expect me to pay 20%. I will never us Lancet again
This dump should NOT be allowed to call themselves a hotel. MY staff were booked in for 3 days but refused to stay for even one night - dirty , disgusting towels, not water of coffee stations, broken mirrors. I cancelled immediately on AGODA who and aske for a refund only to be told " We have received updates from our business partner informed that they unable to offer any refund as you already used the room, and the property has offered upgrade room type but rejected from you. " The Bayside website is a lie as is Agoda's listing of them - they are both so far removed from the dump they are. Avoid like the plague and do not use AGODA - they are a disgrace for taking bookings at this dump
Total *******. Booked a room for 3 days at Bayside Pine Street which was absolutely disgusting and my staff refused to stay there. Cancelled On Agoda website yet when asked for a refund was told "We have received updates from our business partner informed that they unable to offer any refund as you already used the room, and the property has offered upgrade room type but rejected from you. " This is a ******* - do NOT use Agoda - they are a disgrace to the tourism industry for even offering to book rooms at this disgusting insult to the name "hotel" which Bayside Pine Street are NOT - understandably they are not graded with the Tourism Grading Council and would never be. Just sorry I cant post pictures of this dump! Agoda you are disgraceful for even offering rooms at this dump
I paid Verezzy last year for an order, got a tracking number confirmation promptly but despite several emails have still only got an "apology" email - so more than THREE months and still no delivery? I can only assume that they are not legitimate and simply **** people our of money from their Facebook promotions
Vodacom are thieves - they keep sending me invoices which include random charges that do not relate to my fixed price contract. Not big moneys - R19 to R30 each month which is not worth suing for. And they never bother replying to my disputes. BUT if they are trying to steal from me surely there are millions of others they are trying to steal from too? If you are also being charged illegal extras please email me on sydcatton1@gmail.com and maybe we can take them on as a class action?
UIF TERS is a scam! I am a director of a non-profit company with just one employee! I managed to get paid out for the periods March 2020 to September 2020 after using the services of an audit/payroll company as submitting myself was not working. The the doors were opened for tourism enterprises to claim for Oct to Dec 2020 and then Jan to March 2021. Well they threw every obstacle in the book at me - from your SARS SIC code is wrong - which I proved was not true. Then the tourism industry arranged a Zoom meeting with Allan Ragavaloo - highly ranking official of UIF - we got over 2 hours of explanations on how to make claims. This was mid April and he advised that claims already submitted would be processed that week and he only had 132 to process. This was a lie - I have had to call their call centre taking tens of minutes to be cleared to get past the SARS SIC code block. I have emailed and submitted claims at least twice a week since mid April and even got hold of what they advised were UIF claim Champions! And WOW the Champion for our province has actually returned my emails and promised to have our claim (FOR ONE EMPLOYEE) escalated to be paid. But the fact is that n o payment has been made to date! How is a small business supposed to survive when the the relief promised is not paid out?? It is scandalous! And then one looks at the latest restrictions - restaurants which were hobbling along with only 50% capacity (which does not even get them to break even) are now closed completely!! Take-aways only! Yes the taxis continue to operate with 100% capacity! SO the UIF TERS relief is a lie and scam - they do NOT provide the relief promised to the very small number of industries they say are entitled to relief!
I was entitled to upgrade in March this year and it took til May for someone to contact me to do the upgrade. I asked for the deal I saw on the Vodacom website as well as on my phone - a Smart Date 2gig with Samsung A12 phone! This entitled me to 2 gig and 150 minutes talk time. This was on a recorded conversation. Surprise surprise on 1 May I get informed that I had only got a Smart Data 1 gig package - with only 1 gig and 75 minutes. Despite calling twice a week since then - don't bother with Customer services they don't have any One of their people told me I would have to return the phone and then wait for up to 3 months for the matter to be settled? REALLY - after downloading all my contacts and apps on the new phone!!! I eventually got through to Upgrade on 08217844 and after dozens of calls I have now been communicating with the same Vodacom staff member whose only excuse is that she has had the dispute "escalated" which is the same rubbish all government departments hand out to the public. What rubbish - how long does it take to listen to the original conversation? Why would I downgrade from my previous Smart Data package of 2 gig and 200 minutes? So naturally I ran out of data and had to buy top ups to survive the month. I am a customer of over ten years and this is how Vodacom treat me?? I can only share in the hope that other victims avoid Vodacom and move to other service providers as I intend to do as soon as I have had their CEO in person in the Small Claims Court where I will be demanding that my contract be cancelled entirely
5 star treatment from really professional car enthusiasts! Even gave me a pensioner discount I did not know I was entitled to!! Gave my car the best service in its long history and spent all the time in the world discussing how to keep it on the road as economically as possible. Thanks guys for a really great service!
