Bad poor service shower was dirty
The service I received at Bayside hotel isipingo on the 9/5/2026 was so poor the lady who was helping me she was so sour and bad attitude she was like she is doing a fovour for me I don't think I will go there any more

Catfish hotel rooms by Bayside hotel
The room that I was supposed to occupy with my family was not at the right standard.It looked nothing like the videos shown or the pictures shown online.The room was dirty,smelled funny,did not have a headboard,had dirty walls and even more disgusting,had ****roaches running around.On the same day of checking the room out as requested by the receptionist,that’s when I discovered all these issues and went straight to indicate that my family and I will not be checking in due to the issues noted.I have been following up on my refund since the 23rd of December 2025 and today is the 14th of January 2026,I am still being sent from pillar to post regarding my refund

*****ulently refusing to refund for double booking
I mistakenly booked and paid deposit only to find that my employer has booked and paid full price. I advised the hotel that there has been a double booking and requested a refund, but they have refused to pay me back. I did not cancel my stay but requested a refund because there was double payment for one booking.
