The room that I was supposed to occupy with my family was not at the right standard.It looked nothing like the videos shown or the pictures shown online.The room was dirty,smelled funny,did not have a headboard,had dirty walls and even more disgusting,had ****roaches running around.On the same day of checking the room out as requested by the receptionist,that’s when I discovered all these issues and went straight to indicate that my family and I will not be checking in due to the issues noted.I have been following up on my refund since the 23rd of December 2025 and today is the 14th of January 2026,I am still being sent from pillar to post regarding my refund
I am soo disappointed with Tracker.In January 2025,I bought a new car and terminated my old tracker contract and got a new one and got charged the termination fee in January.Fast forward,during the month of March 2025 I receive my statement for the month with another termination fee which I have been calling and querying and always being given excuses as to someone will resolve and call me.Even now it is unresolved but instead I get invoices showing miscellaneous charges for debit orders reversed.I am soo disappointed with their service for real.I also keep getting notifications with regards to my old tracking unit but have never received any notification for the new tracking unit.Their call centre is just not helpful as well as they keep taking me from pillar to post.
