If there was a way to give them a lower star then 1. My wedding day was on 18 November 2023 and the backup photographers was late, I was not informed that my original photographers are not going to be there. The photos that was taken could of being done by a 1 year old child. There is photos missing that I knew that was taken perhaps it was deleted because it blurred as most of the photos that was not edited. I am still waiting for my videos that was supposed to be taken and you know what this company has done so far nothing to fix their mistakes. My whole day that should've been taken photos of were ruined due to them being late and photos being taken on a small camera. Not professional and will rather not recommend them to anyone at all
This above company advertises how wonderful their system works to unlock phones etc. If their system does not work they refund you your money back, well they are not so wonderful and they are playing for time not to pay the refund back. Their emails are up and down with different stuff every time the last time it is a different system to unlock a phone which still did not work!! I ask them to refund they ask to do something else! Please people do not use their services when your iphone is locked and the previous owner do not know the Apple ID.
The accounts department is worse than the government. I phoned them in July on the 22nd at 12H30 requesting for a settlement amount which the lady that I spoke with gave me the settlement amount which on the same day I still paid it. On the 24th of July I emailed them on the email address they provide on the statement requesting them to close this account as I paid this account up to date. I received a statement telling me I owe them monthly fees which I felt was unfair as I did pay the settlement. I got correspondence after I spoke with a Sizwe guy telling me I owe them now R146 which I felt why lie to a customer saying you will speak with the accounts manager and then afterwards email me such a letter. On Monday the 16th of September I phoned again RCS telling my story which another lady told me "oh, you need to pay R172 I then ask I want to speak with the manager as this got out of hand now - Ishmail told me indirect I have been black listed and that he will look into it and get back to me which he did not. Today I phoned and yet again they "escalated" the problem. HOW MUCH MUST A PERSON GO THROUGH TO GET YOUR NAME CLEARED AS YOU PAID WHAT WAS TOLD TO YOU TO PAY???????????
