We ordered pizza through the Rebels Pizza Online platform (Whatsup). We ordered just after 7 o'clock, an hour before there closing time. They only received our order around 9, by that time they are already closed. We went to the shop were we ordered the pizza. REBELS PIZZA MOUNTAIN VIEW. They sent a message to the Manager informing about this matter, we only received Feedback a hour after, no they will refund us. They sent me a "Proof of Payment" for the refund, which the money still doesn't reflect into my account after 12 hours now. But then they want to offer me a 50% discount on my next order....Pathetic
Never ever have I had such bad service with any service supplier. It's been 3 weeks since I visited BMG Silverton beginning of September, to buy bearings for my car. They said they don't have in stock at the moment but their Rosslyn branch has in stock. They will phoned them to send it to them. Waited again. No one called. I went to the Rosslyn branch to get it directly from them, but their system says they have in stock but nothing in the shop. So not even a phone call to apologise about the inconvenience. I'll never use them ever again.
