Fast and friendly service. All I had to do was provide them with my measurements and my dress fitted perfectly.

Snailsway Couriers
If I could give them a minus rating I would. We ordered and unfortunately our supplier used FastWay. I phoned them at 11:00 this morning and was promised he will bring my delivery by 12:00. At 14:49 it was finally delivered. this was however way to late for waht i needed it for. Our patient who was waiting for this product, unfortunately had to leave as she is from Kuruman and we are in Bloemfontein. I will now have to courier it to her, but believe me I will definitely not make the mistake of using Fastway. To top it off the supervisor Joline at the Bloemfontein depot just tells me, oh the driver shouldn't have given me a time, that is not my problem, but once he has given me a time, I have every right to want to keep him to it. nearly 4 hours later is not acceptable and when I told her I will now be phoning her every 10 minutes until I get delivery I'm told I must do that she can't change anything. To top it off, when I took her on about phones also not being answered, I get told she can't help she is alone in the office, another lie as another lady actually transferred me to her when I phoned. It makes you wonder if anything they promise is actually true.
