Check your bank balance after going to that restaurant. They will swipe your card more than 3 times claiming the transaction is not successful, even when you show them a notification from your phone that the money has been deducted from your account they will insist you try and use any other cards. In my fiance and myself's case we were made to pay 3 times more that the bill amount and we still haven't been refunded each time we query with them we're told different stories. So disappointed as that restaurant was my favorite restaurant
I am very disappointed at the manner in which my claim is being handled by Sinead Du Plessis. The lady has been unhelpful and unprofessional. I asked her to refer my query to someone else since she was not in a mood to answer my "stupid" questions I was asking pertaining my policy that never happened. I have been calling, sending emails as well trying to have my claim attended to invain todate my windscreen is still not fixed, I'm driving around with a cracked windscreen since 13 September 2019. My policy is up to date. This is really frustrating and not necessary. Can someone resolve this please urgently.
