DHL SUCKS
DHL SUCKS We contacted DHL to advise them that the shipper has the wrong delivery address and that they should hold the parcel. We were told to come with proof, including ID's etc before we can collect the parcel? We noted their strict rules (08H11, 17/9/19). We followed up with the correct delivery address (09H19, 17/9/19). Parcel then delivered to the incorrect address at 10H23, 17/9/19. Ref No. 531913045 and still no parcel. DHL inform us that we never made any calls??? *** we have recorded details of the calls? They don't give a ****, they've been paid and it's now our problem? They deliver to an unknown address and don't ask for an ID? Proof of delivery is signed ZZ? How do people sign and take other peoples belongings? Thieves. Very unhappy DHL customer Hello Fedex here we come
