I had last cleaned my teeth with Christo Brecher Ing/Inc dental surgeon in 2019. The dental hygienist was Catherine. The cleaning procedure/process was so painful that I asked her to apply anesthetic as to escape the pain. 18 August 2022 had appointment with Christo Brecher Ing/Inc dental surgeon for check up and cleaning. Doctor asked why I took so long to book appointment. I explained my previously painful experience with the dental hygienist Catherine. Doctor said lets go and talk to her about this. Catherine said she not the only one who should take blame. She said I cancelled the appointments, I do not brush and floss properly and that is the reason I experiencing pain. So I requested to be assisted by other hygienist. She told that she is the only. I requested to speak to the doctor, Catherine came back and told me that the Doctor said you can if want. Then I left. 19 August 2022. I asked my white colleague (who referred me to this dental surgeon) who normal cleaned his teeth. He said it a white hygienist. My concern is that the Doctor was not interested in my pain experience and was not willing to assist me.
I requested a qoute for two sliding security window(gave them measurement) on the 21 June 2019. Qoute was R7087.00 and paid R4000 deposit on the same day. On 25 June i was told that they misqouted it was suppose to be R10805.81. I wanted to cancel order however they gave me discount of R1305. On the 14 August I was asked to the outstanding amount and I paid R5000 since the delivery was schedule to be 19 August. On the date of installation, I received a long excuse story. I told them their service is poor. I took a day off at work to be present as there is no one at home. They came following day, one sliding security is not installed as requested. They said will come come on 13 September to rectify the problem. Another excuse was made. Even today it is not fixed. The sad thing is I am the one who following up, they just sit back.
