Worst experience ever!
Never ever experienced such bad service from any company. Owner measured himself area to put in sliding door. I paid him 50% deposit, waited too long for door, excuses regarding courier company, then today when they showed up to put door in, it was the wrong door. Two workers didnt kniw what to do. I requested owner to come to premises, he showed up with my money back, sweared me as a women infront of all the staff, and sweared my family, told his workersto pack up and leave, and they left. Firstly he was wrong in measurements, secondly he accused us of swearing, us women at the premises, then he said our PA lied, as she measured the area with him. Worst experience i have ever had with any company.

Unreliable, unprofessional
Appalling service! We placed an order for the purchase and installation of doors and windows to the tune of R28 023 on 01 March 2021. They informed us of a waiting period of 15 working days while we were getting a quote from them prior to placing the order. On the 15th day, we emailed them for they had kept us in the dark as to the readiness of our order. To our irritation, they had not started making our products. To illustrate the dismal professionalism of Marius, the business owner, and co., my girlfriend also placed an order of a similar nature at their other branch in Vryheid in December 2020. She’s yet to take collection and installation of her order despite the 8 weeks waiting period she had to endure. Never again!

Poor service, terrible workmanship
I requested a qoute for two sliding security window(gave them measurement) on the 21 June 2019. Qoute was R7087.00 and paid R4000 deposit on the same day. On 25 June i was told that they misqouted it was suppose to be R10805.81. I wanted to cancel order however they gave me discount of R1305. On the 14 August I was asked to the outstanding amount and I paid R5000 since the delivery was schedule to be 19 August. On the date of installation, I received a long excuse story. I told them their service is poor. I took a day off at work to be present as there is no one at home. They came following day, one sliding security is not installed as requested. They said will come come on 13 September to rectify the problem. Another excuse was made. Even today it is not fixed. The sad thing is I am the one who following up, they just sit back.

Do not use Majuba Glass
Spend R70000 on doors and windows with this company. I had to beg them to come install the stuff I paid for. Poor service from day 1. Doors are sticking, windows cracked, windows leaking when it rains. The owner was on site 4 times and make promises to come back to repair their poor workmanship but that's where it ends. No show Majuba. But everytime it rains my house floods.
