Unreliable, unprofessional

Appalling service!

We placed an order for the purchase and installation of doors and windows to the tune of R28 023 on 01 March 2021. They informed us of a waiting period of 15 working days while we were getting a quote from them prior to placing the order. On the 15th day, we emailed them for they had kept us in the dark as to the readiness of our order. To our irritation, they had not started making our products.

To illustrate the dismal professionalism of Marius, the business owner, and co., my girlfriend also placed an order of a similar nature at their other branch in Vryheid in December 2020. She’s yet to take collection and installation of her order despite the 8 weeks waiting period she had to endure. Never again!
