Excellent Service
Impressive reaction time to process order. Satisfied with product (Super-Charged Starter Kit). Their use of PUDO to deliver the order is much appreciated. It is a fast service and you are not tied to your home waiting for a courier delivery.

Takealot super service
I recently ordered an item from Takealot, to be fulfilled by a third party supplier. An incorrect item was delivered and I reported it online to Takealot. Takealot responded on the same day and the unwanted item was collected the next day. This is impressive, as I live in an outlying area. I was continually kept informed of the progress of the return process via SMS and e-mail and the options replace/refund etc were explained to me. Well done Takealot! Even though I did not receive the correct item, I remain a satisfied customer.

Billed for AndroGames without my express permission
I had the same experience with Vodacom as described by "Ian W" on 09 Jan 19. An amount of R 1848.92 was deducted off my account without my express permission, request or confirmation. I also did not subscribe to this service and did not receive any SMS notifications when I supposedly subscribed or as required by the WASPA code of conduct. The reply I received from Vodacom was that they have no access to activate such services. Surely Vodacom should protect their clients by having some system in place whereby payments to third parties is confirmed/authorised by the client?
