I do not have the words to express how completely blown away I am with the shocking service from FNB!!! LAUREN LANDY gave me a settlement figure. I paid it. Yet to date i am being harassed by debt collectors ie Daly and Barrett and associates. No one will give me closure on this revolving loan! No one! I've paid the money emailed all correspondence in black and white and 3 months in, I still am being harassed! Can someone just sort this out??!!!!
The revolving loan nightmare just does not end. I've spent 3 months sending emails, making phonecalls and STILLBto date no resolution. I paid the settlement figure as given by Lauren Landy only to keep in receiving harrasing phonecalls from debt collectors and smses from FNB. THIS IS NOW UNBELIEVABLE!!!! You have the money. Close the account! Why the delay tactics?
Notification of my salary being paid days ago however nothing received! Sms from FNB says my pay will reflect today. What's wrong with fnb?? ?????

Worst company to deal with. Unhelpful agents and staff with bad attitudes! I've requested my paid up letter 5 times and I keep getting told its been sent.
Paid a deposit to hire a car last year! After many requests and a visit to my local East London Avis....still no refund! What is the reason for withholding my refund for 2 months??

Paid for a service only to get the reply of. Well we submitted your return and can't find any obvious mistakes, so you just have to wait for sars. Obviously waiting for sars is not the ideal situation. Dealing with this company is so frustrating. Its impossible to get hold of their phone number and it's like dealing with a bunch of robots and automated replies. Do not waste your money! Please! Taxtim is expensive and useless!
