Best quality, superb service and amazing rates
I would recommend Bespoke Canvas to anyone who would like to have Canvas prints made to capture their precious memories of Candy and her team are based in Pietermaritzburg and offer the best quality at such low prices that I at first thought it's too good yo be true!

Untrustworthy. Avoid
We paid Andries almost R9000 as a deposit for painting. That was last week. His phone is off and he's only painted my bedroom. Terrible service

SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE AND COURTESY
Is there anyway one can rate less than one star? I ordered wine online and paid for it on 18 September 2019. After payment, I received an e-mail advising that the order is being processed and will be ready for collection at Germiston, I am on the west Rand and definitely did not choose Germiston as a collection point. On the 19th, I called their customer care service and was assured by David that it would be fixed and delivery would take place to Strubensvallei. On Tuesday, 24 September I received an e-mail stating that my order was ready to be collected. I spent two hours in the collections office whilst they tried to find my order. At last, they brought my order to me.... Surprise. It was not the 43 bottles of wine I had ordered. Instead, it was the exact same in store purchase I made two days before. If only I weren't such an honest person, I could have taken that trolley and smiled as its contents was worth twice as much as the online order. I was assured that delivery of the CORRECT order would be done to my house on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. I have lost two days income because I have had to sit at home and wait for a delivery that hasn't come. I have taken it up via e-mail as well as on Social Media, but Makro are ignoring me completely. I will NEVER buy from them again. And I am also taking the matter further to claim compensation
