I would like to thank Mackay BT from Telkom in PE for being the first person to be able to help me. He went out of his way to find out what the problems are with my email issues and has, at last, sent the problem through to the correct department. Telkom you should put this guy on your top training team! He goes above and beyond and he understands customer service! Thank you in my books you are a Hero, be Blessed!
I am a pensioner and small business owner. My business is relying on emails and have had an issue with my outgoing mails for nearly 2 months now. I log a fault and when I follow up I am told it was solved. However no technical person visited me to resolve the problem. In the meantime the Internet service on Utrecht kzn has also gone down 2 weeks ago and it is still down. Shame on you Telkom Newcastle there are many businesses in Utrecht that rely on your services that is becoming non existent.
They booked at my Self Catering Cabins in Utrecht KZN. They left without paying. Cannot get them on any phone number. Not responding to emails or anything.
