Was impressed with my last order for migraine caps, I received an apology email to say that I would be getting an alternative colour and Snatcher kept in touch regarding that. Very good service
The agent was not pushy but explained that she was going to prepare a quote based on the few questions she would ask me and I agreed
I’m happy with Snatcher generally, I’ve been a customer for a few years now. Some of the items look cheap though, only after it’s received the quality is not good. The advertising pics can be deceptive and entices is to buy. I recently purchased a mobile laptop desk and it’s very wobbly after I installed it. The bobbles shave I got also looks cheap like it’s made in China. When they show us items that are 50-70% off the price we think we are getting a real bargain but in actual fact the look and feel of it when received should have a much lower price than the bargain price. Snatcher needs to relook at their suppliers and get better quality and real value for money to its consumers. I never buy anything electrical from them as I was disappointed previously with a purchase
Do not go to this place, it’s the pits. Food was so bad our group had upset tummies after eating here. We booked a private area for a senior birthday celebration and we were very disappointed in what was promised and what was presented. Unprofessional set up, bad food and dodgy area. We checked places online and had no idea what we were getting. It cost us so much for food and drinks. We saw ****roaches and rats after we already started our event. Stay far away from this place
So far Snatcher has delivered within the stipulated time, I’m happy with that. I do get annoyed that after I’ve made a certain purchase, Snatcher continues to send me the same item on email. I have bought it and don’t need it anymore . Another annoyance is that you save an item on wishlist and when you go back even after Snatcher sends you a reminder then the price changes so I just delete the item. Why can’t they keep that price for a few days. There could be many reasons for why a person does not do the transaction immediately.
Great online shopping platform, however delay in delivery time, difficult to call and speak to staff. Items saved for purchase the next day is of no use as prices change overnight. Not a good business tactic. I have cancelled many orders due to that. The company needs to realize that while we may be online we have to also get our credit card which could be in another room or in the car etc, then time lapses due to other things. Also we check with family if they need certain items and if its being done late at night one can't call their families then. I also am dissatisfied how some items that have no instruction booklets eg a beach tent that I bought which supposed to fold up like a sun visor but we couldn't get it right. Snatcher can make lots of improvements to its products and service if they want to stay in the game. The world is changing fast to online shopping due to Covid, re-invent yourself or lose out. I'm still a loyal customer doing regular purchases but I could easily change my mind with other platforms available.
Linda Ndlovu of Snatcher, thank you for the great service and sorting out my concerns. You are an asset to the company. The product I ordered was a hair straightening brush and when it was delivered it was different from the picture on the box as well as it didn't work. Linda saved the day.
