I am so disappointed in HP. Bought a brand new laptop. The HP laptop was literally a year and 1 day old and the left hinge broke. After some research i realize this is a common problem. I decided to phone HP canal walk. Which was closed for 14 days due to a covid 19 incident. Finally i get hold of HP canal walk and they direct me to a repair centre. I struggled for a week to get hold of them. Finally get hold of them and all the lady said. SORRY. Your laptop is now out of warranty. I will be charged R480 to have it assessed and then be charged for the repair. Even though she told me its a common HP laptop problem. If this is how you handle your common problems. I will never ever buy any HP product. I will just assume its cheap qaulity products with even cheaper qaulity of customers service. At this moment i deeply regret buying this HP laptop
