Poor service and back up from Jex and Jonathan.
Reasonable installation done, they did come back and fix some glaring issues (Safety related), however after sales service and honoring of warranty practicality non existent. Jonathan just hides away and never returns calls, poor poor form dude, the rest just bleat hollow promises and never actually follow up. If you want a peace of mind system people, definitely look elsewhere, many better companies exist.

Good performance to date by JEX Energy - Keep it up.......
I have had a few issues with the Goodwe equipment in last 18 months, however an inverter was promptly changed out under warranty after 6 months, and the rest have been setting problems, which Nick has always come out and sorted. Huge savings on my electricity account, and we never notice the Eskom outages, due to the installed battery pack. Well done so far Jonathan and team.
