AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY .... NABSI SPARES!

End of August 2019 I was looking for a part for my car. Jay from Nabsi spares contacted me and said they had such part, sent me an invoice on 27 August 2019. I paid on 30 August 2019 and sent my courier to collect. The part arrived and it was the incorrect part. I contacted Jay who said I must return it and he will source the correct part and send it to me via their courier on their cost as they had sent the incorrect part. Our courier returned the incorrect part to Jay at Nabsi Spares and then Jay informed me that he had sent the newly sourced part via my courier. Upon contact with our courier service provider, which is from an extremely reputable courier service and whom we have been using for over 10 years and have NEVER had a problem with them informed me that they never received anything from Jay at Nabsi and if they had they would have first contacted me for confirmation as I had never told them to collect anything and as is their procedure if anything had been taken then they would have filled in a new weighbill. Upon contacting Jay again I requested a copy of the weighbill which he said he had and then he proceeded to send me the weighbill number on which I returned the incorrect part!. Jay then said he will get me another part ... this never happened and I then sent my bank details and insisted on my money to be refunded. Since then my numerous daily emails I send them NEVER get answered, and my daily phone calls to them go unanswered and I am phoning on average of 12 times a day (they obviously have caller ID and can see that it is me calling). My numerous attempts asking JAY to call me back have been ignored and I still have no money refunded to me as of 10H47 on 03.10.2019. I am an honest, hard working, single parent who had to save for this part. This money has now been stolen from me by dishonest people. I should have looked on this page before I paid for the part....if I had I NEVER would have used this company....it is also blatantly obvious that they have created Fake profiles on Hello Peter to falsely promote Nabsi Spares and attack people on this page with very valid complaints. It is so sad that while everybody is trying to rebuild a new South Africa that we have vile dishonest people like NABSI SPARES being allowed to operate and steal from honest hard working people. If you look on the complaints on this page it is obvious that they should not be allowed to trade going forward and STEAL from other people. I have submitted a complaint via SA Consumer complaints, and have submitted my proof of payment, all the emails to and from Nabsi Spares, POD from the couriier company and recorded phone conversations ... and am in the process of laying a charge via the SAP and I certainly hope they are brought to book. Avoid this company at all costs people....they are dishonest and will steal your hard earned money from you
