STATEMENT BY NABSI (PTY) LTD
STATEMENT BY NABSI (PTY) LTD NABSI AUTO SPARES traded under the umbrella of NABSI (PTY) LTD but was at all relevant times hereto exclusively owned and operated by Jermaine Herman and Rommela Herman. NABSI AUTO SPARES misrepresented its affiliation with NABSI (PTY) LTD in that it made out that NABSI (PTY) LTD was the controlling body and that the sole director of NABSI (PTY) LTD had knowledge of and consented to, the day to day running of the business known as NABSI AUTO SPARES. This was never the case. NABSI (PTY) LTD never entered into nor conducted itself in the automotive industry on any level, it being in respect of spares (new or used) and/or related motor vehicle business, nor did the sole director of NABSI (PTY) LTD ever enter into negotiations and/or discussions with any clients in respect of the business of NABSI AUTO SPARES. It has now come to the attention of NABSI (PTY) LTD that Jermaine Herman and/or Rommela Herman trading as NABSI AUTO SPARES operated a fraudulent scheme whereby they either sold and/or distributed incorrect motor vehicle spare parts alternatively accepted money without providing any motor vehicle spare parts. NABSI (PTY) LTD state emphatically that it had no knowledge of, nor did it accept any orders or money in regards to the business of NABSI AUTO SPARES, and as a result it cannot accept any liability for any fraud and/or theft committed by Jermaine Herman and/or Rommela Herman trading as NABSI AUTO SPARES. Bad Business people
I cant believe that people still get away with fraud. I advertised for a Isuzu KB head on the 1Call website. A few companies replied but Jay from Nabsi Engine World (aka Nabsi Spares) offered me the part at a very good price. I requested a proforma invoice, which they send on the 18th of October. The money was paid over and they were to arrange the courier. Its now the 4th of November. After numerous attempts to contact them, they simply either ignore the calls on all three number available for their business or promise that they will send the head. Im fed up and are going to the police today to report this. This is unacceptable.

I have a bad experience, this people sell me a wrong car Turbo now I'm am trying to reach them they are ignoring my calls, what else do you want me to do, I have sent emails, calls no one answers the phone.

AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY .... NABSI SPARES!
End of August 2019 I was looking for a part for my car. Jay from Nabsi spares contacted me and said they had such part, sent me an invoice on 27 August 2019. I paid on 30 August 2019 and sent my courier to collect. The part arrived and it was the incorrect part. I contacted Jay who said I must return it and he will source the correct part and send it to me via their courier on their cost as they had sent the incorrect part. Our courier returned the incorrect part to Jay at Nabsi Spares and then Jay informed me that he had sent the newly sourced part via my courier. Upon contact with our courier service provider, which is from an extremely reputable courier service and whom we have been using for over 10 years and have NEVER had a problem with them informed me that they never received anything from Jay at Nabsi and if they had they would have first contacted me for confirmation as I had never told them to collect anything and as is their procedure if anything had been taken then they would have filled in a new weighbill. Upon contacting Jay again I requested a copy of the weighbill which he said he had and then he proceeded to send me the weighbill number on which I returned the incorrect part!. Jay then said he will get me another part ... this never happened and I then sent my bank details and insisted on my money to be refunded. Since then my numerous daily emails I send them NEVER get answered, and my daily phone calls to them go unanswered and I am phoning on average of 12 times a day (they obviously have caller ID and can see that it is me calling). My numerous attempts asking JAY to call me back have been ignored and I still have no money refunded to me as of 10H47 on 03.10.2019. I am an honest, hard working, single parent who had to save for this part. This money has now been stolen from me by dishonest people. I should have looked on this page before I paid for the part....if I had I NEVER would have used this company....it is also blatantly obvious that they have created Fake profiles on Hello Peter to falsely promote Nabsi Spares and attack people on this page with very valid complaints. It is so sad that while everybody is trying to rebuild a new South Africa that we have vile dishonest people like NABSI SPARES being allowed to operate and steal from honest hard working people. If you look on the complaints on this page it is obvious that they should not be allowed to trade going forward and STEAL from other people. I have submitted a complaint via SA Consumer complaints, and have submitted my proof of payment, all the emails to and from Nabsi Spares, POD from the couriier company and recorded phone conversations ... and am in the process of laying a charge via the SAP and I certainly hope they are brought to book. Avoid this company at all costs people....they are dishonest and will steal your hard earned money from you

The service is always outstanding. Never had any issues with this company. Always deliver on time thanks to Rogan and Jay for being so helpfull

Once you pay, all they have is empty promises
In desperate need of a part for my car at a good price, I found this company that contacted me immediately and confirmed that they had the part. I stressed that I need the part by Monday and Jay assured me that if I pay now for the part and the Postnet overnight fee, he will go the same afternoon and send me the part. This was Tuesday. I pay and then email asking for confirmation that payment was received and a tracking number....nothing. By Wednesday Jay decides he will rather use a courier that they have an account with. Thursday the courier calls me to tell me they were there for the pick up and no one knew about the part. Eventually get hold of Jay...apologies I will get my part. Monday comes - the courier arrives and then asks ME for the payment. JAY never paid the courier. Me again phoning back and forth and off course JAY is missing in action. I deal with Rommi (whom so by the way is lovely, but is posting 5 star ratings here on Hello Peter for Nabsi !) Promises of call backs etc. It is now a week later and NO part. This place has the worst customer service ever. Now they aren't even answering the phone. I'm so mad for not listening to other people and their reviews.

THEY STOLE R 1600 FORM ME, NO ANSWER ON ANY TELKOM NO/CELL NO,ECT. THEY CREATE FALSE WHATS-APP ACCOUNTS & EMAILS AND THEN THROW AWAY THE SIM CARDS AFTER THEY RECEIVED EFT PAYMENTS.BE VERY CAREFUL,THEY GOT A WEBSITE AS WELL,LOOKING FOR PARTS REDIRECTED ME TO THEM,WATCH OUT !!!!!!!
