Refund
Vodacom shared my personal information with Mondo, they let Mondo called me on their behalf for contract renewal only to find out the agent from Mondo gave me false information about the product. I called Vodacom try to enquire about this they told me call Mondo, I called Mondo as from September 2024 for them to cancel the contract they managed to cancel it beginning December 2024 and they collected their device. Now as from December 2024 till today I'm struggling to get my refund for this device they telling me it's Vodacom who was debiting my account so they are the one to refund me... Vodacom and Mondo when can I expect my refund because you have your device with you. I'm very disappointed in Vodacom sharing my information without my consent.

I have logged a call for collection of your device as one of your agent **** to me when selling your product, it's been a month and some weeks waiting for you to come and take this device the only thing I get is invoice of the device that I don't use, hopefully my refund will not take this long after you took your device. When are you collecting this device?

SANTAM DON'T WANT TO PAY OUT MY UNCLE'S CLAIM
CROOKS: it is so sad that one has to pay premium every now and again but when time comes for someone to do claim you running all around to payout the claim.. Santam just close my uncle's claim for the car that was in an accident last year Jan 2020 till today they are running, so how are we gonna trust this company when they can not pay just one claim of which he's been paying premiums till today, instead you telling him to report a stolen vehicle how? Because you know exactly where is the vehicle but you running to pay for storage and to the claim payment this is so disrespectful for someone who has been Loyal to you for some years. Will never recommend you to anyone one you are e crooks

I have a bad experience, this people sell me a wrong car Turbo now I'm am trying to reach them they are ignoring my calls, what else do you want me to do, I have sent emails, calls no one answers the phone.
