I reported a scammer to BidorBuy a couple of months ago and insisted that they block the profile because this scammer is using MY identity to scam people on their platform. I found out 1. Because I was unable to log into BidorBuy and my account was blocked (there were fees outstanding to BidorBuy from sales this scammer made under MY identity) and 2. Because people were contacting me to find out where the items are that they have paid for on BidorBuy. They assured me that they will NOT allow this profile to trade on their platform, but I am still getting messaged from people that are being scammed!!!! I guess the scammer paid her outstanding fees and was allowed to continue scamming people on that Platform. Seriously??? With all your systems and guarantees in place, you could not keep a scammer from using your platform after it was reported? Its a disgrace and people are loosing thousands of rands and I am getting blamed for it!!!!! I am so fed up with sub standard service. This is utter rubbish.
In desperate need of a part for my car at a good price, I found this company that contacted me immediately and confirmed that they had the part. I stressed that I need the part by Monday and Jay assured me that if I pay now for the part and the Postnet overnight fee, he will go the same afternoon and send me the part. This was Tuesday. I pay and then email asking for confirmation that payment was received and a tracking number....nothing. By Wednesday Jay decides he will rather use a courier that they have an account with. Thursday the courier calls me to tell me they were there for the pick up and no one knew about the part. Eventually get hold of Jay...apologies I will get my part. Monday comes - the courier arrives and then asks ME for the payment. JAY never paid the courier. Me again phoning back and forth and off course JAY is missing in action. I deal with Rommi (whom so by the way is lovely, but is posting 5 star ratings here on Hello Peter for Nabsi !) Promises of call backs etc. It is now a week later and NO part. This place has the worst customer service ever. Now they aren't even answering the phone. I'm so mad for not listening to other people and their reviews.
This company has been stealing from my account since 2018. I have cancelled their debit orders. I have gotten hold of them and cancelled these debit orders that I didn't sign up for. More than half a year later I'm still requesting refunds for debit orders going off my account on a monthly basis. This is something I did not sign up for! I am so sick and tired of being scammed.
Clicks has these little thin metal wires that gets stuck to their cosmetic products. I assume it is a magnet of some sorts that prevents people from stealing their product. I recently bought a bunch of make up at Clicks in Durban. Upon opening the shrink wrap, one of these metal pins stuck into my finger and piece broke off. It has been over a month and I cannot get the piece removed and my finger has not healed. I learnt from a friend that the same thing happened to her just last week, but that she managed to get the broken piece out of her finger. I wrote to Clicks on their Facebook page, but no one has even bothered to respond. Now I have to pay to go see a doctor to have this piece of metal removed from my finger. Surely there is a less dangerous way of securing your product Clicks!! Not only is this costing me me time and money, but I have been in pain for a month now! Bad customer service to say the least.
After posting a complaint of Twisp Solo Coils burning out prematurely, I had a response from Twisp saying that an agent will be in contact with me to discuss my problem and help solve it. This was 9 days ago....to date no agent has been in contact with me. So much for restoring good faith.
I purchased a Twisp Solo a few weeks ago. I recently tasted a burnt taste and so I replaced the coil with one out of a pack of three I purchased at a Twisp store. I have made sure to always have enough oil in device and also not to let it get too hot, but I've had to replace the coil 3 times now in the past 4 days. The new coils simply burn out for no reason. the original coil that the Solo came with lasted 2 weeks. The new pack last a day???!!! These coils are expensive too. I'm frustrated with this product. I love the twisp, but these new coils are ridiculous and a waste of money! i feel cheated.
I have been with Mweb for many years. I have good service and unacceptable service where I was without internet for weeks on end. They still gladly take your money at the end of the month even though you did not have the pleasure of their service for a full month. Now Ive had to experience extremely slow internet due to the fact that my UNCAPPED account has reached a LIMIT (what does uncapped mean??) The solution suggested by Shuab from customer care - don't use your internet for 11 days or upgrade to a bigger package - in other words - pay more? The sales person does not tell you that although your internet is shaped and uncapped, you still have a limit. So now I am without the service again for a third of the month (which Im being billed for) in order to get my normal speed back, or I must pay more. I have been cheated by MWEB! They are stealing my hard earned cash. This is unacceptable. I cant even go online to cancel my account because my internet is so slow. When I asked Shuab who else I can speak to like a manager /supervisor, he told me there was no one and the only options I have is the ones he gave me. He was also very happy for me to cancel my account. SHOCKING!
