Convenient customer service
Extremely professional customer service I have just dealt with. I lost my login for my product and an SMS was sent right away to help me get back to using my product. Been using there product for quite some time and the customer service was very helpful today. Thank you!

Unauthorized Debit orders SCAM
This company has been stealing from my account since 2018. I have cancelled their debit orders. I have gotten hold of them and cancelled these debit orders that I didn't sign up for. More than half a year later I'm still requesting refunds for debit orders going off my account on a monthly basis. This is something I did not sign up for! I am so sick and tired of being scammed.

Unauthorized Debit orders SCAM
This company has been stealing from my account since 2018. I have cancelled their debit orders. I have gotten hold of them and cancelled these debit orders that I didn't sign up for. More than half a year later I'm still requesting refunds for debit orders going off my account on a monthly basis. This is something I did not sign up for! I am so sick and tired of being scammed.

Please don't give your banking details or ID number to this company. Its a scam. They want to sell you a cell phone contract but they do not do that rather they tell you about a 4in 1 plan so they can debit your account for R230 per month. They phone you from different numbers &when you try to phone those numbers back they do not work. They even phone you late after 8pm with regards to a cellular contract. Don't fall for this trap. Change your bank details if you have given it to them.

Complete scam artists selling stuff you can get for free when trying to source a loan. Debit order cancelation is a nightmare and despite cancelation it is not cancelled. Agents skirt around FICA and consumer protection laws. Company should be closed down
