Our property transfer was repeatedly delayed since February 2019. After personally carrying out the process to ensure transfer, it was officially registered at the Deeds Office in mid-September 2019. RNA Attorneys then issued our Bank’s Cancellation Attorneys with a falsified ABSA Bank Proof of Payment as settlement of our mortgage, and potentially a fraudulent ABSA Bank Guarantee (I say potentially because ABSA Fraud won’t confirm validity of the document!) Despite our property now being registered to new owners, our existing mortgage bond still hasn’t been settled by RNA Attorneys who received the purchaser’s payment in full in March 2019 Besides the extreme financial stresses involved with having to pay 2 x mortgage bonds and a rental before our living expenses each month, and now legal expenses to remedy this situation, it has also jeopardized my family and friends livelihoods while I am forced to drive an inappropriate vehicle due to financial constraints as a result of Rajespree Naidoo and Associates activities. The emotional stresses involved are becoming unbearable and I’m beginning to wonder how the firm’s owner is able to sleep at night knowing the damage that she is causing in people’s lives!
