Rajespree Naidoo & Associates extremely unprofessional and rude to clients.
Poor service delivery and lack of communication from RNA to their clients. I have phoned and left countless messages and well visited their offices, but their staff always have some form of excuse for example, she id off sick, she need to go in for an emergency opp, she fell and broke her wrist or she is busy in court and the list goes on. This practice has now been suspended by the law society due to maladministration. Over the past year i have send over 20 emails and made calls once a week and visited their offices about 5 times and i have always been avoided. Last week when i went to visit i saw the sign and the building manager told me that they have been shutdown.

Absolute Horror Show!
Our property transfer was repeatedly delayed since February 2019. After personally carrying out the process to ensure transfer, it was officially registered at the Deeds Office in mid-September 2019. RNA Attorneys then issued our Bank’s Cancellation Attorneys with a falsified ABSA Bank Proof of Payment as settlement of our mortgage, and potentially a fraudulent ABSA Bank Guarantee (I say potentially because ABSA Fraud won’t confirm validity of the document!) Despite our property now being registered to new owners, our existing mortgage bond still hasn’t been settled by RNA Attorneys who received the purchaser’s payment in full in March 2019 Besides the extreme financial stresses involved with having to pay 2 x mortgage bonds and a rental before our living expenses each month, and now legal expenses to remedy this situation, it has also jeopardized my family and friends livelihoods while I am forced to drive an inappropriate vehicle due to financial constraints as a result of Rajespree Naidoo and Associates activities. The emotional stresses involved are becoming unbearable and I’m beginning to wonder how the firm’s owner is able to sleep at night knowing the damage that she is causing in people’s lives!

Absolute Horror Show!

Rajespree Naidoo attorneys does not respond to phone calls and will not return emails
This conveyancer does not respond to communications and are never available to answer any queries. You can send emails and phone till you are blue in the face but she will never ever respond. My next step is a formal compliant at the law society of Kwazulu Natal. All I am trying to do is get a title deed from her office but you cannot get past reception. Not a single other person will speak to you.

extremely unsatisfactory and poor service.
We have recently sold our home and the property agency company has used Rajespree Naidoo and Associates as their lawywers. this Tuesday our property was transfered at the deeds office, and thereafter contact was made with Avasha Baychu form Rajespree Naidoo and Associates, the discussion i had with her was to state how urgent funds are due in order to arrange the move to Johannesburg and arrange payment for school fees due to secure a place at a school for my 14 year old brother inlaw, she had assured me that the funds due will be in on friday. i had called her again yesterday to confirm and she again had sent me the statement of account and assured me funds will be in today, it is now 11.50am, and i have tried speaking to her the entire morning with no outcome. can this be the service that all homeowners suffer with when selling a home? completely disatisfied with the service and experience. just as a note i had bought a property last year in January, property 24 and Yamin and Hammond attorneys were extremely proffessional and delivered prior to the dates they advised, our registration was smooth and effective.
