I have purchased a 2009 Ford Focus ST from Mac's Auto and took delivery on the 26/06/2019. the car showed o signs of any damages. on the 27/06/2019, the car smoked white the engine became loud. i took the car for an assessment at my own costs, the outcome was possible damaged turbo, valve stems and rings. the car had an oil leak, and an air leak. the shocks are gone, i spent R4200 to put tyres and the tyres were badly damaged and had extremely bad vibrations when driving. i called the Owner and he advised that i cannot get my money back, the only thing he can do is place my car on sale and when it is sold then i will get my money. the SA consumer law section 56(2) states that a consumer can return a vehicle to any dealer within a specified time frame, i am trying to return it after only 2 days of owning it, i am having extreme difficulty as the Owner of Mac's Auto seems like he truely doesnt care and i will never get my money back. please stay away, even if you are desperate for a car, rather you wait to find a good car than be robbed by this company.
We have recently sold our home and the property agency company has used Rajespree Naidoo and Associates as their lawywers. this Tuesday our property was transfered at the deeds office, and thereafter contact was made with Avasha Baychu form Rajespree Naidoo and Associates, the discussion i had with her was to state how urgent funds are due in order to arrange the move to Johannesburg and arrange payment for school fees due to secure a place at a school for my 14 year old brother inlaw, she had assured me that the funds due will be in on friday. i had called her again yesterday to confirm and she again had sent me the statement of account and assured me funds will be in today, it is now 11.50am, and i have tried speaking to her the entire morning with no outcome. can this be the service that all homeowners suffer with when selling a home? completely disatisfied with the service and experience. just as a note i had bought a property last year in January, property 24 and Yamin and Hammond attorneys were extremely proffessional and delivered prior to the dates they advised, our registration was smooth and effective.
poor service, i had purchased a 2018 Renault Captur in April 2018. upon viewing the vehicle i had noticed damages to the front bumper, and had brought it to the attention of the dealership. As this was the dealership whom had damaged the vehicle. i was advised that it will be repaired. today the 25/07/2018, i took my vehicle into the service centre almost 4 months after taking delivery to have the bumper repaired. i get in and was advised bookings are open up to 8am, however i had recieved an sms stating opened from 7am to 9am. i was then told that the vehicle will not be ready i will have to leave it overnight. i spoke to the service manager Richard, and he then advised me that he will have the car ready within the day. i leave Renault to get to work. i call Richard around 2pm to ask him if he has the part or if i should pick up the car as i need to get home. he has then advised me he will check and call me back asap. i then email the sales manager to assist with follow up, (Deborah) she escalates it to the service department. not more than 10 minutes later i recieve a call advising that they have the wrong part and my car is not repaired. i have then to take an UBER to collect my vehicle and then take it back this Friday. is this the service i am expected to recieve from Renault? are all my fellow Renault owners recieving this amazing service ? please provide me urgent feedback and i wish to be reimbursed for my UBEr costs.
