<p>i bought a lounge set from house and home - lenaeia trade route 2015 may - in 2016 June the couches were sinking , foam was saggy material looked terrible - as we had the lounge set for 10 years and we were feeling the planks on the couch - HOUSE AND HOME fetched them AND RETURNED THEM 1.5 months later - its has been 6 weeks and the couches are back the same way , we are sitting on the planks </p> <p>the supplier MOTANI lounge suppose to be well knwn for thier quality and comfort - regratbly this is not what i received , and now im being told that the couches will go back for another 1.5 months - </p> <p>if im noty sitting on the floor im sitting on rlanks , what a waste of time </p>
<p>i did and internet transfer - instant money 22/07 /2016 to a beneficiary acc- till date the money has not being cleared , ye nedbank charged me for the instant transaction - its rip a rip off and the number ********** 328 does not answer thier lines - its sad when your query is not given priority -</p>
my late fathers estate has been with this bank for the last year and half and has not being resolved - there is no feedback , no communication , all the work and running around is being done by the family who are still grieving . this pathetic service from the bank , where no one cares about the family .
We booked through accommodation direct to stay at a place whose photos and pictures looked wonderful - paid immediately and then one day before leaving received the direction to the place , we were told to except a 30 /40 km gravel road - which our city car can handle - to our surprise we were stuck doing a 60 km gravel road in the dark with no lights no signage no cell phone reception , now there is a battle to get money back from ACCOMMODATION DIRECT who has never been out there themselves to review the place yet they can rate the place for you WOW , broad daylight scams - THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK MY MONEY NOW IS WAITING ON THE HOST TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK IMAGINE , <br> be careful this company is not recognisable on ASATA - WHICH MEANS THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION
please do not take these people in for any catering service <br> the food was raw , our money was taken upfront and we didn't get the service provided <br> the owners Welmarie and husband Mark are trying to lie their way out of the bad pathetic service <br> but the authorities are well on their case and will be handling this , please be careful this \COMPANY ' is a scam - <br> do not make a mistake "
In December we paid R3400.00 TO Danelri caterers for a spit braai for 30 guest - they arrived with meat in a tray - raw - half cooked and half a lamb - they are a bunch of liars - promised to pay me back my money and till date I am calling them for this funds and received none , all the have is excuses upon lies upon lies <br> they stole my money and their food was crap , please do not trust them they are pathetic and even lie about their services . Good day my dad took out 3 policy's with AIG many , many years back - he passed 17/02 /2015 HIS POLICY FULLY PAID <br> We had in place my dads bank to handle all estate and insurance and to my surprise AIG is absolutely giving us a hard time for pay outs saying there is arrears on the policy , SORRY but this is not the case - they actually debited his account right up to June 2015 and owe us a refund <br> someone needs to actually see to this because this in unacceptable , is this what insurance company's once our loved ones are no longer with us , my dad has not paid for so long to have this happened to his family - its pathetic company's like this that are out to make profits on insurance claims - next to be logged ombuds enquiry to be logged
standard bank executive and trusts - what a terrible service received from this department and its so sad to think my they are handling the estate of my late father . we receive no feedback - no customer service - we don't even have allocated consultant since the resignation of the previous lady handling this , when we called Isabel the manager she rudely advised that someone will call us once the case is allocated , with no empathy that we are the families of people that have been deceased , all we want is for them to do what they suppose to and provide the service to us . so sad if only my dad knew we would be treated this way standard bank would have never been in charge of this.
